  • Where is Hybrid Mover located?

    Hybrid Mover is based in Pierrefonds-Roxboro, on the West Island of Montreal (postal code H9A 2Y1). In-person sessions take place locally and online coaching is available worldwide.

  • Do you train clients in DDO, Kirkland, or Pointe-Claire?

    Yes. Coach Nate Spencer regularly trains clients from Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Kirkland, Pointe-Claire, Beaconsfield, Île-Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève, and across the greater West Island of Montreal.

  • How much does personal training cost?

    Pricing depends on the format (1-on-1, small group, or online coaching) and session frequency. Book a free consultation and we'll build a plan that fits your goals and budget.

  • What happens in a free consultation?

    We meet (in person or by phone), discuss your goals, current pain points, training history, and lifestyle. You'll leave with a clear sense of how mobility, flexibility, and strength training can help you — no pressure to commit.

  • I'm stiff and out of shape — am I a fit for this?

    Absolutely. Most clients start exactly there. The Hybrid Mover Method is designed to meet you where you are: regain range of motion first, build strength inside that range, then translate it into real life.

  • Do you work with athletes?

    Yes. Coach Nate is a former collegiate basketball player and works with recreational and competitive athletes who want better mobility, fewer injuries, and more sustainable performance.

  • What is Animal Flow?

    Animal Flow is a ground-based bodyweight movement practice combining mobility, strength, and flow patterns. Coach Nate is a certified Animal Flow instructor and integrates it into many programs.

  • Can I do this entirely online?

    Yes. The online coaching program includes custom monthly programming, weekly check-ins, video form reviews, and direct text support — perfect if you're outside Montreal or prefer training on your own schedule.
