Nate Spencer is a personal trainer, Animal Flow instructor, and flexibility specialist with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. A former collegiate basketball player turned movement enthusiast, Nate helps clients reach their fitness goals while improving mobility, reducing pain, and building a stronger connection with their bodies.
