Stretch to Strength: Rediscover Flexibility & Flow

Remember when moving felt easy? When you could drop into a deep squat, twist to look behind you, or climb something just for fun — without thinking about it? That's what Stretch to Strength is built to bring back.

It's a class that pairs intentional stretching with the playful, ground-based movement of Animal Flow. Together they unlock range, build real strength inside it, and rewire your body to actually use what it has.

How a session is structured

1. Warm-up — wake the system up

Every session opens with focused wrist and ankle prep. Small joints, big payoff.

2. Stretching phase — open the door

We move through foundational stretches, then narrow in on the day's focus — hips, spine, shoulders, or a target archetype like a deep squat, front split, middle split, or back bridge.

3. Animal Flow — own the new range

Bodyweight, ground-based, and surprisingly fun. Animal Flow trains motor control, coordination, balance, and mobility all at once.

What you'll leave with

  • More usable range in hips, spine, and shoulders
  • Strength inside positions you couldn't access before
  • Better body awareness and motor control
  • A deeper mind-body connection — not just a workout
